The recent launch of AMD Radeon R9 Fury video cards had a noticeable lack of offerings from AMD partners, with ASUS and Sapphire the only companies that have announced cards based on the latest Fiji GPU. The cards weren't immediately available and are slowly hitting the market. Other notable partners such as GIGABYTE, MSI, and PowerColor have cited yield rates on the chips as the main reason that cards haven't been announced. It remains unknown how this distribution of Fiji GPUs could impact the availability of future cards based on Fiji, but one thing for certain is that "The biggest issue relating to how AMD has launched the Radeon R9 Fury is the alienating of other partners."
