loud fan

so my sons rig has started making a lot of noise 

a6-3670k

gtx 460 

thermaltake 600tp

 

all temps are low but a fan sounds like its reving really high

and i cant tell which one 

gpu is set to manual so its not the gpu 

and cpu is idling at 27c

but there seems to be a lot of heat coming from somewhere

i am so lost


Cpu intel 8600k @ 5ghz 1.22v

Evga CLC 280

Msi z370 sli plus

2x8GB viper ddr4 3200

Evga Gtx 1080 FTW hybrid

Evga 750b

Amd r7 240 gb ssd

cooler master Masterbox 5 pro RGB

What are you using to cool the cpu ?

i used the stock cooler from an fx 8350

Download the appropriate version of MSI afterburner and check the fan.  My EVGA 460 was a loud guy.

ive turned the 460 from 10% to 100% and i can hear the gpu fan separate fan the other fan

could it be the psu as it is the most recent addition to the system?

Those amd stock coolers can get loud, go into bios and see if it's set to auto quiet.
