Yes, that is a very good PSU. The EVGA SuperNova G2 line for 750W's (SuperFlower made, EVGA branded) is definitely in the Top 5 of 80 Plus Gold PSU's in the market.

JDM - just to clarify a couple things.  The EVGA power supply you are looking is manufactured by FSP and based off their Aurum platform.  Superflower isn't the OEM of the particular power supply you are looking at.  The EVGA G2's are coming from Superflower.

There isn't anything wrong with FSP, but Superflower is a superior OEM.  If you're making a long term investment I would recommend the unit that TimeMachine linked you to in his post above.  If you are looking for a power supply that is going to just work, but have lower quality power management and delivery then the original one you are considering fits the bill.

If I were buying for myself I'd invest the extra $30 and buy the 850W G2 that's on sale for $109.99.

This will really probably come down to your budget and how much you had planned on spending.  The NEX50G you're looking at is a nice upper middle of the pack power supply with a great warranty.  The Supernova 850 G2 is just a step above it now matter how you look at it.
