Braegnok Posted August 22, 2014 Posted August 22, 2014 (edited) This site helps you to opt-out of most behavioral advertising,.. http://www.businessinsider.com/how-to-keep-ad-companies-from-tracking-your-web-history-2011-2 Click the "aboutads.info" link,..It's a free beta program that adds a blocking cookie to your browser,.. I was able to opt out of 78 companies. Unfortunately with this blocking cookie,.. "the next time you wipe your Browser Cache, or run some other kind of cleaning operation, you're back in the ad-tracking game" because your removing the blocking cookies,..so you need to re-opt out after cleaning browser cache,.. However if you are using Google Chrome as your browser you can install this Google Extension "keep my opt-outs" and the opt-out cookies remain intact after cleaning browser cache,.. https://chrome.google.com/webstore/search/keep%20my%20opt%20outs Edited August 22, 2014 by Braegnok

Braegnok Posted August 22, 2014 Posted August 22, 2014 (edited) For me the only annoying ad's are the tiny auto-start streaming video ad's that are un-muted,.. I dislike needing to scroll down the page to find it and turn it off,.. Edited August 22, 2014 by Braegnok
