Free FPS that aren't "Pay-to-Win"

Recommended Posts

What is your personal favorite?

If you can't favor any of them, try to think of one at least.

Basically give as much info about this subject as you can, please.

Thanks!

MOBA:

League of Legends - ~100 champions to choose from. You can use real money to buy champions (instead of grinding credits) or buying boosters. With ~100 champions to choose from it doesn't really matter. Each champion is unique enough that not everyone needs a majority of them to play effectively.

DOTA 2 - You get all the champions from the start and can only buy cosmetic items.

FPS:
Team Fortress 2 - You can purchase weapons, but most of them you can get from random drops, trading, or crafting.

America's Army : Proving Grounds - No purchasable content.

Arcade/Simulation:

War Thunder - You can buy premium vehicles, but similar tier vehicles perform just as good. They do however earn more exp/credits than regular vehicles. May want a premium account for bonus credits/exp if you want to get to the higher tier vehicles.

World of Tanks - You can buy premium tanks, but similar tier tanks perform just as good. They do however earn more exp/credits than regular vehicles. May want a premium account for bonus credits/exp if you want to get to the higher tier vehicles. Buying a $50-60 tank won't give you an instant win button. Plenty of 30-40% win rate players in this game to prove that.
