Its the fault of a song, or a game or a website, never the fault of the person that did it. Sometimes people are just stupid, or even evil and while various factors might contribute in the end the cause was a decision made by the person. If the argument is that they did not know what they where doing then the fault is a mental illness, again not anything else.
