As someone who grew up with both grandfather's working for railroads and also now a truck driver I can say that drive had a serious case of head up (_._) going on. I bet I check rail crossings more than most hazmat drivers do since I grew up around trains.

Apparently those tracks and the road are setup in such a away that the trailers occasionally get stuck if the truck driver is going slow across the tracks and that was determined to be the cause (and yes signs are posted that low vehicles may drag).  By the way, the cargo was trail mix.
