Onion Posted April 2, 2014 I'm trying to find a brush for this kind of banner on photoshop. Does anyone have any links? I've been searching for quite some time but can't really find what I'm looking for.
ClayMeow Posted April 2, 2014 Is that the largest image you have? I assume you're asking about the slightly marble-ized background and not the lettering? Any grundge-style brush could do the trick with the right settings (opacity, size, etc.).
Onion Posted April 2, 2014 I'm talking about the really basic ribbon. I like how basic it is and could probably make it by hand (although I'm a bit rusty) but I want something a bit nicer. The grunge effects are pretty easy to do and I still remember how to do them.

Onion Posted April 7, 2014 So, are you going to share your technique? I ended up not having to make it by hand. I found a brush of a ribbon that had the tail at one end and was squared off on the other end. I sized it and rotated 90 degrees and put it on a new layer. Rotated it 270 degrees and then did it again. Filled in the middle and it gave me this as a result.
