Alright everybody the time is finally here my refund comes in a few days and I'm putting together a cheap build based around the new a10 7850k I need an opnion on something should I go with two R7 260x's in a crossfire to eventually do a type tri with the processor or should I just go for a single 270x I'm trying to stay within 300 for the graphics card?

Use a strong single-card instead of going crossfire right away.

This will reduce issues and you are better off in the long run because then you still have upgrade possibilities.

You can get the weeny out of the war, but you cannot get the war out of the weeny

Rest in peace my good old gtx 480, you deserved it

Thinks he has a weeny worthy of war.

I'm gonna second what WarWeeny said. If you're going for a new build, just buy one better card. You'll have way less problems in the long run. Besides, that means at a later date when your card is available for less money, you can always add a second GPU then.

I've done CF twice and SLI once, never again. Always go with one strong card.
