This week on OCC Poll we want to know what powers your home network, meaning the router. Is it a TRENDnet or is it a Linksys?

Let us know on OCC Poll

I used to always buy linksys got tired of them going out after awhile and running upstairs to power cycle it. Tried a netgear this time and real pleased so far, think its about 2 years old now...

We just got an ASUS RT-N65R

that replaced our

D-Link DIR655 which is kind of mine that I set up at work so I don't have to jack in to the business class internet :D

I assume you want home "use" router not home "lab", etc in which case that would be a Mikrotik RB951G-2HnD. Hard to beat a router that can support BGP for around $100 lol. Why no Mikrotik love on your list? They make great stuff. :)

DLink DGL-4500

An oldie but a reliable goody.  All sorts of spares laying around though............

D-Link DIR-655 but it continually loses connection and maxes out around 3-4 Mbps when I get 50-60 Mbps plugged directly in the router. Time for an upgrade.
