There are no shoulder items, so that's probably why Unless you meant arms...because it took me until ~18 for one to drop. Also, I can't.wait til they release the ranger. Though the game is gonna be.flooded with them for awhile. "Ranger" was my first MMO character ever, or more accurately a Midgard Hunter in Dark Age of Camelot. Then they freaking nerfed them to hell and it was one of the most excruciating play experiences ever.
