Got the cheese today, thanks Andrew! Tossed it into the fridge so it'd cool down, but damn did the smoky smell make me want to eat it right away. :lol:

Cheese bump?

 

 

Lately whenever I've been using cheddar I've been grating some parmesan into it as well, I've yet to find something that it doesn't taste good in.

Ate me the fuc heck out of some smoked swiss cheese earlier today, flippitidy doo dah day is that some good fermented dairy product!

Indubitably.

 

Doesn't bother me at all, the more culture and the stronger the cheese the better.

 

I've eaten cheese that had a bunch of mold on it before, just carved off the extra green bits and ate the rest.
