d3athsd00r Posted April 8, 2013 Posted April 8, 2013 I'm looking for some kind of web interface for an SMB, FTP, and/or NFS file server. I like the ease of use of openmediavault but it doesn't support the setup I'm wanting to do. I have a proxmox server and I wanted the file server to be in an OpenVZ container instead of a VM because it reduces the amount of overhead of virtualized hardware. I've tried the turnkey fileserver from turnkeylinux but it uses AjaXplorer as the web frontend which I found to be a PITA and just plain useless. Does anyone have any decent suggestions? d3athsd00r Posted April 9, 2013 Posted April 9, 2013 I don't need a full distro, because they are looking for specific hardware to partition and won't work with OpenVZ containers.
