FX 8350 Temps?

hmm well the temps aren't so bad with this cooler than . I'll just pull it off and put some good thermal paste on to help it a few c .

 

This is my first AMD build since the 939 X2 and its not horrible but AMD has a lot to learn about socket brackets .

 

Agreed the bracket for AM3 is balls, it was a mission installing the H2O 620 on my 955BE..

no kidding. I usually can figure things out but i had to watch a few youtube videos to make sure i was doing it right.  The 1155 and 2011 has been the easist so far, 4 screws and your done! the H60 tries to use the clips on the side which barely worked since I can rememeber. the Antec 620 makes you switch the socket up to allow 4 screws but its still kinda a workout.

 

I realized that the H60 worked fine on a OC @4.5 i7 2600k because that is a 90watt chip versus the FX 8350 at stock is a 125. I should have went with the H80. At lest under Prime95 it doesn't pass 57c as is. repaste will bring it down a few.

This is actually really funny, 3 different temp readers, and 3 different temp results.

 

Not even Speedfan and GPU-Z can agree on a GPU temp.

GPUz is your video card temp, not CPU . still though you should try Prime95. Folding isn't going to load your core the same.
