Hi guys, I am Camaro.

I want to assemble a new gaming PC, and I would to ask you guys if this PC can run BF3 on Ultra settings with 50-60+ FPS.

The specs are:

Mobo: MSI B75MA-E33

Processor: Intel Core  i5-3470 @ 3.2 GHZ

Memory: 8 GB Dual-Channel Kingston, 1600MHZ, CL9

Video Card: Sapphire AMD Radeon HD 7850, 1 GB

Thank you for reading my topic, and I hope that you will answer me.

Simply put, no it can't.

Either spend more $$ or lower your expectations.

I have to disagree. It depends on the HD 7850 used. A factory overclocked HD 7850 clocked to 1000Mhz on the core can do so in single player mode at 1920x1080 with default settings in CCC and the game settings globally to Ultra at right at 50FPS. Using a lower resolution such as 1680x1050 means that yes it can. Moving up to a Tahiti LE based 7870 such as Powercolors Myst Edition will get you to 60FPS. If you are not stuck on AMD cards then the GTX 660 for around the same price point as the factory overclocked 2GB HD 7850 will get you around 7-10FPS more.

And again Welcome to OCC.
