Hi guys, firstly I want to thanks OverclockersClub because of friendly community that helped me since 2010 whenever I have troubles on new builds.

I am accepted into Pure Information Technology Engineering in Japan (AKA Computer Science). My school starts in April, located at north of Japan, Hokkaido with an average temperature of -5

Congrats on the school. I might be going there as well. We will see how the application process goes  :)

Let me ask, are you in japan now? Can you make it down to Akihabara? The reason why is because your monitors are going to cost a lot, and if you can avoid shipping, it would be worth the trip.

If we can also get stores from where you can shop right now, that would be great.

I am now in Tokyo. And yes, I can make it to Akihabara by bike.

However, Japan version of Newegg, Kakaku.com offers lowest price from thousands of sellers and most of them also offers free shipping.

I am working on a couple things, but a couple things are certain. For starters, you want to go with socket 2011 and a i7 3930K http://kakaku.com/item/K0000312603/ Then get as much RAM as you can http://kakaku.com/item/K0000419008/spec/#tab

I am still sort of fighting with the website you gave me since it isn't organized as well as newegg is, but from what I can tell this is the motherboard you want (price and feature wise) http://kakaku.com/item/K0000334553/

Everything else I am still kind of hunting for.
