Need Headset/software with automatic volume adjustment from different

Hey guys, I need your help

Problem
Im playing a lot of MMO's where I use teamspeak a lot. I use a headset and get sound from game and from teamspeak in the headset. The problem is that I have to use low sound on game so I can hear ppl talking on Teamspeak.

Wanted solution
So I wonder if any of you know if it is possible to have automatic volume adjustment between game sound and chat sound. It would be perfect if the game automatically reduced the volume when someone started to talk on teamspeak. I was hoping that it was possible to buy a headset that can identify different sound sources with features to setup some kind of source priority when lowering other sources. Maybe this is possible with some software also that can be used with a headset.

Well to the headset it's all one source, so the headset can't tell the difference, but it would have to be on the software level, maybe you could find a program on google.
