Only wanted to fix the graphics glitches that were present and i think I used some sort of resolution patch. Though I played them on my old tiny 4:3 monitor so maybe I didn't use it. Also anything that has bug fixes is fine but otherwise I think the games are fine in their original form. One fix you do need for this game is the children fix. I think the UK version of the game had the children removed but since there are missions that requires interaction with them, you'll need that fix.
