Video card for 300W PSU

I need a little help guys. Bought a cheap PC for the father-n-law. Turns out the nephew would like to play Minecraft:

 

Minecraft Minimum Requirements:

• RAM : 2GB
  
• GPU : Intel GMA 950 or AMD Equivalent

The PC is I bought was pretty cheap and basic:

• Windows 7 Home Prem 64-bit.
  
• Asus P8H61-MX motherboard
  
• Intel Celeron Dual Core 2.7GHz
  
• 500GB HD
  
• 4GB ram
  
• 300w PSU
  

 

I got Minecraft running on low settings but it's pretty sluggish. Unfortunately the PC came with no graphics card. I was wondering if you guys could help me source a graphics card for the 16x PCI-E slot, capable of running Minecraft smoothly but that will run on a 300w PSU?

 

Any suggestions would really help and be appreciated.

most likely unless you can tell the brand of PSU I wouldnt trust it one bit being at hold a heavy load. cheap psus you don't want to go over 50% load and the good ones usually between 75-90%. I suggest adding $50 to the budget and getting an alright 400watt psu.

and it wont hurt to add a bit of power headroom.

I guess if you get a low powered card it wouldn't matter but I'm not sure if you would like minecraft any better than onboard. How much do you have to spend?

The Sapphire HD 7750 low profile card I just reviewed sips power at stock speeds and would easily run on a 300w PSU (even a dodgy one) since its max draw is 55 watts.
