pcgamer247 Posted February 16, 2004 Posted February 16, 2004 The mother board im getting is a Gigabyte GA-K8N Pro Socket 754 AthlonTM 64 DDR MB With Athlon64 3000+ CPU & Fan from http://www.bzboyz.com/store/product2760.html And it says that the 1 x AGP slot (8x/4x-AGP 3.0 compliant), supports 1.5v display card only. I have a Nvidia geforce 4 64mb video card and i was wondering if they would be compatible. (sorry for posting so many times in a row, i just realized how stupid it looks.) InvaderTrax Posted February 16, 2004 Posted February 16, 2004 Pretty sure it'll work, but why would you use it? You spent all that money on a fast processor and you're going in inhibit your performance with a crappy card like that? You need at least a 9600XT, if not 9700 Pro to have a respectable A64

Eva_Unit_0 Posted February 16, 2004 Posted February 16, 2004 Yes the card will work fine. The only cards that are a problem are 2x and 1x agp cards. Anything that is 4x or 8x works fine.
