Do you use virtualization for Servers/Desktops?

Mostly use Hyper-V because we have a big hyper-v cluster at work. But i use Hyper-v at home too, I've used VMWare, Virtual Box and Virtual PC before though. I used Virtual Box for most of my schooling.
