Should I re-upgrade from Asus/AMD to Gigabyte/Intel?

Recommended Posts

If you don't play games I suggest you just buy a nice Radeon HD 6450. It's discreet, it's cheap, you can play older games on it plus you can connect more monitors to it if need be.

Don't let them talk you out of it. If ya have the % buy the Intel build it owns the Phenom II in EVERY app. Just get a decent GPU in the future......

i would agree with other poast get a 150-200 $ gpu if you not gaming and only watching 100p then just get a gtx 550ti or a amd 6850 as they can be found for same price the amd 6850 is mroe powerful but amd drivers suck. if i would say get the gtx 550 tia dn if yo game / start gaming you can sli it.

but if you want 1 power card/ mid power card get the gtx 560 or look for a gtx 460.. the 560 is just a optimzed 460 but you get higher clocks and tweeked more by nvidia.

if hwe dont really need intel why be a fanboy and seguest the intel whe he has a x6 witch is not much slower for just normal apps like internet and 1080p if he games it is give or take on the game as he has a x6 witch will likly do 4000 witch is plenty for any game out / coming out iin next few months
