TheyCallMeGunny Posted March 14, 2012 Posted March 14, 2012 Alright, let's say you're actually working on something. From a video to cracking a program to doing heaps of research: This question is about your WORKFLOW. What do you do while you work to stay content? (music, take breaks, video, smoke, etc.) Me: PANDORA, PANDORA, PANDORA!!! And I smoke like a fiend, have a cup or two of coffee. Keeps me into my project, keeps it enjoyable, and keeps the stress levels low.
Prunes Posted March 14, 2012 Posted March 14, 2012 I use all the willpower I can muster to avoid various websites and such. I'm acutally supposed to be writing on my assignment right now, but can't stay focused. Waiting for an epefiny. I write in bursts. I sit around reading a little, browsing a little and such. All of a sudden it hits me and I write about a page or so in 20 min. Then I can go blank all of a sudden, and then I have to wait again. zackhaf Posted March 14, 2012 Posted March 14, 2012 I just have to have music on and some iced tea. I can go through a gallon in a day, and I drink without realizing it some times. I found I cannot work well if it is too quiet, but I can't stand random noises, so music works perfectly!
Stonerboy779 Posted March 14, 2012 Posted March 14, 2012 If I can do my work on paper I go to the library and leave my laptop behind otherwise I tend to start researching things unrelated to what I need to do
SpeedCrazy Posted March 14, 2012 Posted March 14, 2012 Music. Something to drink, water or whatever. The odd break.
