need help with minidump files

We have a vista business computer that is crashing on a regular basis with black screens not bsods. I am not sure if I am too stupid or if I am just doing something wrong. I have the client side .net framework 4 and the debugging tools downloaded on my win7 pro machine, but can't find the folder I told it to install too on E drive. I can upload the minidmp files here if one of you guys with the knowledge can open and decipher them, or if you can tell me of a free preferably program to use to open these dang files.

I had no luck using the debug tools for mini-dumps. I've always used bluescreenview, it works pretty well.
