neko77025 Posted December 9, 2011 Posted December 9, 2011 Ok, So I am having A issues with my MSI 6970 Lighting (before you get off track 100% sure its my GPU .. hell 200% sure). Anyhow, the card is 3months old and I need too RMA it .. I have a few issues. 1) i have no other videocard right now .. so no comp for 3weeks or so. 2) I really dont want pay $30.00+ shipping for RMA when the card is only 3months old .. Now, I was planning getting another one for X-mas. What I was thinking is ... After I get my 2nd one from newegg , I Exchange my broke one for another. Normaly, I would not do this however I have spent well over 6-7k at newegg in the last 5 years. I really dont know what to do. What should I do, what would you do ? Every return or exchange I made had to be paid for by my end unless I spoke directly to a CSA, and even then not all the time.
