Revision - fine tuning first computer build

Thanks to Angel and Shadow for their insightful suggestions and comments. You guys makes a newbs life easier! First I changed my supplier to Best Direct from NCIX as the prices were lower and they offered free shipping. Can't beat that deal. Best Direct does not handle Muskin or Noctua, which explains my decisions on memory and cooling. I stuck with my original case to save money. This is supposed to be the ultimate $1000 gaming rig and I didn't quite make it. Likewise, SSD is not in the cards at present. If you guys have time please check my new set up and see if I need to change anything. Like will this memory work with my mobo? I am desperate to order. Oh, am I missing any components to finish a build? Thanks.
