Trim does NOT matter when you are dealing with more than 120 gb of data. Yes it deletes data more efficiently for better SSD life, but considering that SSD life span isn't exactly well represented, it really just doesn't matter. I would just go with the Mushkin drives. I don't know how your getting the Intel drives as cheap as you claim? If you can give me more data, I could modify my build list for you and present it.
