I'm an uncle!

My brother and sister-in-law welcomed their third child and first son into their family today. About 7 pounds 6 ounces, born nice and healthy. Now to all you parents, how old do kids have to be before you teach them to overclock? I'm thinking I can get him a Fisher Price type deal for now, and at the age of six introduce him to water cooling.

Teach kids the right way to overclock when they are real young, so that way it stays with them always.

That's why it stuck with me...my first upgrade was a Pentium Overdrive. :P

Congrats KB! Remember - you're always allowed to spoil when you're the uncle.

First, congrats!

As for teaching the kid to OC, I would say at about 4. Even start introducing certain terms earlier. It should't be something the kid has learned. It should be instinct, which is why you should start at about age 2-3 with some basic terms and showing him various computerparts.
