I was just browsing around the website and thought it would be fun to see some of the first reviews here on OCC.
I then chose a random CPU HSF
Then to compare it to the newer ones and you can see what a huge change there's been over the last 10 years :)

The first thing I said when I opened the box up, was "This thing is huge".

I LoL'd in RL.

LOL, the quality of reviews has increased drastically since then. The one paragraph was repeated twice. Full Load? MP3s and Seti @ home? LOL

The cooler on the review looks like a modern day mosfet or Chooser cooler.... lol

"It works Because I threatened it." - " did you show it the sledgehammer" - "No, A flight of stairs"
"I don't want to be much of a forum Nazi but this situation calls for a hail Bosco and blitzkrieg someone".

If that does not fix it I hop in a Timber Wolf and Blast it to microscopic Particles.

haha loved this line at the start of the TT Volcano 7 review...

'The 80mm fan on top makes this heatsink look very massive. Most heatsinks on the market have a 60mm fan, while this one has a 80mm fan'

Those 60-80mm fans would be screaming to keep up these days.

I miss my passively cooled Pentium 2. So quiet.

Overclocked that beast to 333mhz.
