What do you use, Intel or AMD?

Well this week we would like to know what you are using in your main system. An Intel Processor or an AMD Processor?

Intel for me so far though, AMD for all builds for friends and family but this was before Sandbridge.

AMD at present but like both Intel and AMD and have had plenty of both.

I use AMD and Intel. I usually use AMD though just because of price. Although atm I am saving up for Intel SB Vs. AMD Dozer builds.

AMD because it was cheaper when I built my computer and I wont be able to afford levels of performance that necessitate Intel processors for a few years and even then I will probably stick with AMD.

As for those asking why you can't choose both, it's because he's asking what's in your main rig, and you can't put both in the same computer... well I mean you could but you would just have to set the other processor in the bottom of the computer and that would just be wasteful.

Okay I am curious about the bolded part of the answer and the relvence.

 

As for me I use both. I have three gaming rigs in the hous, 2 AMD and an Intel. As for personal choice, I would spend my own money on AMD becuase of the value.
