HDD boot problem

Ok, so when i first boot up my pc it gives me two options, WINDOWS 7 on one HDD and WINDOWS 7 on the other, is there anyway i can change this ? one of my HDD's is totally empty but when i unplug it it says BOOT MANAGER IS MISSING press cntrl + alt + del to restart.

try that first

do you have two installs of windows 7 yes or no? or was that a previous drive you erased

if no, unplug the second hard drive and insert your windows 7 CD and try to repair the bootloader

before doing that you could also try EasyBCD, but be careful
