I am looking to install the GRUB from Fedora 14 KDE Live on a USB Stick so that when I boot with the USB stick, I get it to display the GRUB boot options and otherwise Windows is loaded.

Fedora is installed on a separate HDD from my Windows 7 installation.

I did Google quite a bit but I couldn't understand much coz I am new to Linux and so I am looking for simplified instructions, if possible.

Why not just load GRUB onto the hard drive? Or are you not installing Linux on the drive as well? If you are dual booting from the hard drive, GRUB will be installed automatically if you install Linux second.
