Dave is right, Friday at 1pm EST the servers are going up. These keys get you in to EVERY beta event that happens. There are other keys called Community Keys which get you a chance to be invited to 1 of the beta events. These keys give you the green light no matter what. They have also started sending out emails with the DL link, so if you've registered your account, and are setup, you should get an email in the next few days with a link to DL. Happy December!
