ClayMeow Posted January 23, 2004 Posted January 23, 2004 hmmm. never got that. Are you using any flags? Cause i use -forcesse and i know in the beginning when i start the console, it says if you get any errors or cannot complete a WU, it could be because of that. andrusk Posted January 23, 2004 Posted January 23, 2004 are you running overclocked? If you are, lower your oc a bit.
exeter_acres Posted January 24, 2004 Posted January 24, 2004 agree with andrusk...sounds like a stability issue... even if no overclock, might be something in a system going bad.... is the system that you are getting the error on Prime95 stable... can you run the Prime95 torture test for HOURS without getting an error? I can run prime 95, 3DMark, Aquamark etc. @ 3937 with no problems. When it comes to folding its a different story, if I go over 3791 I start having errors and early unit end errors, folding will check the integrity of your machine and cooling system out, I would underclock some like everyone else says, folding must be more sensitive and can not have any flaws.
