I am looking to get a video card upgrade for my Dell Inspiron 537s. The PSU is 250W and the card needs to be low profile. What is the best video card that I can get that runs on a 250W PSU and that is under $80?

So far I have found 3 cards,

MSI GT220

MSI HD5570

Sapphire HD4650

Any other suggestions are recommended. Thanks!

The games I will be playing are TF2, Portal, Fallout 3

Would you consider used, a 8800GT/9800GT could probably be found in that price range and would be far more capable!

would it fit in such a small case with a low watt PSU?

A low profile 9600GT maybe, but not an 88 or 98.

There is no low profile 5570 or 5550 with GDDR5, its just 2 or 3. I'd go for the HIS card though. :P

also will the fact that it doesnt have a fan be a problem?

Not sure if you're in a taxless area but this is worth a look if you are: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814150466&nm_mc=OTC-Froogle&cm_mmc=OTC-Froogle-_-Video+Cards-_-XFX-_-14150466

if not here: http://www.ewiz.com/detail.php?p=PC-5570_51&c=fr&pid=c91b09a3b67715f1cfc1e4cc476eab1d0724350d6c1fc9bcc469951db3eae73a

an nah the G92 core would be too much for that PSU, and the fanless design would be fine but why not get mine to save some dough :D
