pkilway Posted August 10, 2010 Posted August 10, 2010 Evening all. I haev a few videos I recorded using my cell phone and was wondering what's the best way to go about editing these clips. Some are about 60 seconds long and I want to soften them down to about 15 seconds or so, possibly cut parts of the video out and maash them together into one file. What's the best way of doing this, can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks, from a video newbie.

WhenKittensATK Posted August 11, 2010 Posted August 11, 2010 (edited) Windows Movie Maker (free to use) There are 3 versions Windows Movie Maker (XP) Windows Movie Maker (Vista) Windows Live Movie Maker (Win 7) The latest Win 7 one is missing a couple of features from the older ones, but has some new ones. However, if all you need is a way to add in a title, trimming, music, and transitions it gets the job done. pkilway Posted August 14, 2010 Posted August 14, 2010 Thanks to all that tried to help, but I was able to figure out Nero Vision (which I didn't know I had in Nero 7) to edit my video. Thanks!
