Well, in that case;

Phone: 512MB RAM + 512 ROM, total 1GB

Graphing Calculator: 16MB (and I've crashed it! twice it restarted third time, it couldn't even do that and yes, I am proud of that)

Is it just me or do some of the people voting in this poll seem confused by the greater than symbols?

I mean >8-9 means anything above 8 (not included) and not greater than 9 (included) , but who seriously has 8.5Gb or even 9Gb going on?
