First Time Overclocking

This is my first time overclocking, as most of you know I just got done building my new rig with the help of everyone here My New Rig. My next step now is to learn how to OC, I have read some guides and this is what I have been able to do so far. It passed the stability test with OCCT & Prime 65 with out any errors but only for 30min, then again I do not know what would be the correct setting for those test and times. Aslo, what about the RAM should I change anything like trying to do 7-7-7 whatever?? What else should I do? I would like to take it to 4ghz stable without overheating issues. Thanks
