Recently I just started it up and applied new thermal paste Due to it Overheating and reaching 71 Degrees. Now when I come to boot I press Tab to see the Text Boot It tells me Warning Computer in Safe Mode! Reset CPU or Memory Frequency. So I cleared the CMOS already nothing (Did exactly how they said in the manual) When I go to the BIOS and I go down one option It Just locks up and then 10 seconds later the whole PC shuts off.
