AMD GPU Clock Tool says "Failed: No Valid Devices Found"

GPU Tool just doesnt work. says version 0.0 and says clocks are 0. i tried adjusting them manually but that didnt work.

 

Anybody know a program that works on Windows 7 AND a hd5850 ?

 

Or a guide to flash my bios safely and easily?

 

I LIED! found a different version of AMD GPU Tool that officially supports hd5xxx . yay!
