Puck Posted July 24, 2010 Posted July 24, 2010 Used a TX750 as a temporary unit for a while until my OCZ Z850 came in, and like most of the TX line is a great PSU for the price. I'm a big fan of the big single rail PSUs.

dr_bowtie Posted July 25, 2010 Posted July 25, 2010 I have several Corsair PSUs and I do have a Corsair TX850 and it is rock solid powering a quadfire rig... I also have the PC&C 750watt Silencer and it is a great PSU too...bought it when it was on sale for 89.
anthony Posted July 25, 2010 Posted July 25, 2010 (edited) The TX750W is especially special because it's one of those purrdy CWT built, just like the 850 and a lot of the later HX series of power supplies. Coincidentally, the samg goes for that Tt 750w .... and they want $5.95 to test it before shipping to ensure it's not DOA! I'm with you Paul, that's just not worth the hassle IMHO.
