It certainly does SOMETHING but that something isn't hallucinogenic, now if you were already on a drug then I could see it being pretty good but otherwise its just "weird. I felt very relaxed and my eye started twitching... other than that it wasn't very mood enhancing... just kinda like falling asleep in the sun.
