I have no idea how to run this. I double click on the desktop icon and this is what I get. It just sits there

Those are green buttons on the left hand side.

 

Beware that all four of the 4k read/write tests take absurdly long to complete on mechanical drives.

Disregard the 4k test bit, I was thinking of AS SSD.

Thanks, I hit those and they read stop. So I though that that was stopping the test.

Nope, just let it run and after a min. or two, you should see all your benchmark results.
