GabrielT Posted June 8, 2010 Posted June 8, 2010 12 monitor 5970 and a 5 monitor 5770. I CAN NOT GRASP THE 12 MONITOR CONCEPT. I think my head would just explode. 24 monitors if you crossfire. Lets say they used a lowish price monitor. Think $200 a slice (say 22'' monitors), $4800 in monitors not to mention probably $800+. You could probably get away with a single i7 980x but overclocking would probably be nice. I think I would want atleast 12gigs of RAM. Stack them 3 high and 8 across and the custom mounting system you would need for said monitors. I come up with a modest $8,000-$12,000+ for a 16'x5' (guesstimate) of screens.
