The new drivers did increase the GTX 580's performance, though.

 

Really ? I should get them then , Im still using the stock ones that came with the card :P

Ha ha lol the 266 drivers disable GTX580 OCP disabling in GPU-Z so theres no current way to run Furmark :lol:

Imma have to put on 265 drivers on my other hdd for benching furmark

lol i was closing in on the 15k mark but it waws a hot day and it died lol soon enough!! im thinking of doin the bios mod for more voltage.. ;)

 

and i think ill get new drivers.. i play bfbc2 alot.. wouldnt mind a 7% increase in performance lol

Im thinking that too but I'd need to get more cooling too maybe wc because it would hit 87C easily and 90C if we oc'ed more

I've been gaming and benching for hours at 955mhz core, 1910mhz shader and 2220mhz memory at 1.15v and its fully stable and doesnt go over 81C at an ambiant of 30C

Im sure I could get higher on a cooler day .

I dont know why this wasn't ever pinned since it has so many views and replies . So its pinned now.

Oh and we need an update , my GTX580 hasnt been added yet .
