Biuld for a coworker

So I'm building a pc for someone at work, he gave me a budget of about $900. He says he wants a Blu-Ray Burner, which I don't get. Also he seems to think he needs 6GB of RAM and a TB of HDD space. I think his requests are a little unnecessary but I'm trying to be accommodating. I will not need to buy a case or peripherals. Here's what I'm looking at:

CPU Intel i5 750

Motherboard MSI P55-GD55

RAM G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 4GB

Video Card MSI R5770 Hawk Radeon HD 5770 1GB

PSU CORSAIR CMPSU-750TX

HDD Western Digital Caviar Black WD1001FALS

Burner LG WH10LS30K 10X Blu-ray Burner

THis comes close to $1000, any suggestions as to how I could better the performance to price here?

From what I was told he wants to run video editing software and do some web browsing. As I can figure it, he plans on ripping/downloading video and burning it. I'm going to see if he'll drop the blu-ray though. Besides that and maybe a better GPU, does it look descent enough?
