Looks like you've got a pretty decent chip there. Congrats on the new setup! I've considered stepping up to an i7 but since I'm joining the USAF at the end of the year just decided to wait and build one once I get through with training and get my posting. No telling what goodies will be available then!

All in all, nice rig, my friend. Rock on.

Thanks dude-I appreciate it!

Did some more overnight stress testing..

With the 5850 my setup was getting 40-50 fps in COD in combat. Now I'm looking at 60-70+ (lowest I saw was 55fps and there was a ton going on lol)

wow, what are your temps with those volts?

SuperPI didn't really push it so it was around 60*C

I haven't run any other stress testing programs at 4.5 but plan on going to 4.2 and seeing what stable temps are

I OC'd to 4.5 for Super PI but the temps are too high to keep 24/7. I'm stress testing at 4.2 now and trying to figure out max temps stable at that.

I'll post a couple screenies in a bit :)

I remember seeing some WC parts whats up with that status?

I'm actually moving on May 1 and have a million things to do before then and don't want to mess with setting it up then disassembling it with the move.

The WC will come this summer :)
