Help Finding Reservoir...

You'd have to make the holes the size of the piece itself without the threads (dont know if you get the picture) picture the piece without the threads as if you've sanded them, this should be the size of your hole and slowly(assuming you are threading in plexi or some kind of plastic) thread the fitting in just a bit at a time, then back it up then in again a bit further and so on. if you feel it's too tight back it up and screw in again it's going to squeek but it'll slowly thread in. This process usually works in soft materials. once done you can either glue it in with silicone rubber or whatever or i heard teflon tape works as good and is reversible, meaning you can take it off

Just be careful not to crack it.

Good luck ;)

Thanks, I think I get the picture. I wish there was a tapping kit for Pipe thread. But I think the nature of it makes it somewhat hard since it's tapered. I ordered a reservoir with four 1/2" inlets. I'll either split the 1" to two 3/4" conduits and increase the size of the existing holes or just reduce to 1/2" twin lines. Not sure what I'm going to do yet.

Thanks,

Devin
