Hm. My safety beer is a Guiness. I don't particularly like lagers... I do particularly like ales. Belgian ales: Chimay (all are good) Delirium Nocturnum / Tremens / Noel Ommegang Three Philosophers, Abbey Duvel Porters / Stouts: Sam Adams Imperial Stout Sam Smith Oatmeal / Imperial Stouts Smuttynose Baltic Porter And I'm still trying to taste some more!
