Krieg1337 Posted January 23, 2010 Posted January 23, 2010 Well I forgot to post about this a while ago but whenever I turn my settings to Extra High in MW2 I get crazy lag sometimes where the game freezes for 1-3 seconds(Sometimes even 6-8). But on High no lag at all(With 4xaa on). My specs are in my sig, but its weird because I can play Crysis on Very High and I don't get any lag. I play on 1440x900 so I really don't think its my GPU being bad. Maybe Vista? Been having some problems with some games ever since I got it. Or does MW2 just have a bad engine? I first thought it was my OCed GPU so I was like hmmm.... so I put it back to defaults and I couldn't figure out what it was. Maybe it's just a problem with the game... I know exactly what you're talking about because i had the same issue until i switched that particular setting back from Extra to high. I forget if I switched back now, but I know with the new ATI drivers it was a little bit better, but there was still some lag and lag just annoys me Probably memory leak.
